Aluminum casting coils can be produced with thicknesses of 6-7-8 mm, width between 1380 mm and 1440 mm, and at requested length and alloy. Our high quality raw materials that are used in production allow our products to be available in global markets.
During production, thickness, blister, chemical composition, hydrogen and metallographic analysis controls are carried out with state-of-the-art machines. Based on the demands of our customers, and with the goal of carbon neutral, we can produce custom products in conformity with the ISO 14067: Carbon footprint of products.

The raw material is melted under high heat, and alloy elements, fit for the desired quality, are added and mixed. After the desired alloy is created, the material is moved to the reverberatories.
Without needing the processes up to cold rolling, the material is reduced to the final product thickness, thus providing low production costs.


At the cutting phase, hydraulic guillotine shears are used. After the physical and chemical tests required for the final product are completed, the quality certificate is created.
